EVERYONE walking the face of this earth has an abundance of
fat cells throughout their bodies. In fact, if you’re a healthy
adult with normal body composition, you have approximately
30 billion fat cells. This is an astronomical number when you
think about it. Did you ever wonder why you have so many?
Have you ever wondered what those fat cells are for?
Fat Cells Are Genetically Programmed
The answer is, fat cells are part of our genetic code and they
enable us to use stored energy when food is scarce. This survival
mechanism works very much the same today as it did 10,000
years ago. However, there is an abundance of food in modern
society today, and we no longer need to store so much fat to
survive.
When you consume too many calories, your body goes into
storage mode for the “lean times,” so to speak, but the lean
time never comes. So your body simply stores those extra
calories as fat. When you eat fewer calories than your body
demands, your cells release stored fat for energy. Pretty simple
equation; however, not all fat is the same...

6 Pack - Achieving a Perfect 6 Pack has never been easier, mike geary reveals the best 6 Pack Courses, tips, and advice to achieve perfect 6 pack abs in the fastest, safest, & easiest possible way.
We decided to set up this "how to" website to help ordinary people find simple, effective methods to a perfect 6 pack without succumbing to the pills, potions, or pure quackery that is to be found all over the internet. Please feel free to read the information before deciding on your 6 pack regime - it might save you some time, effort, and money.
Why Bother With 6 Pack Abs?Most people find the sight of a firmly toned, rippled, washboard like stomach and abdominal area to be highly attractive - it certainly beats a flabby beer belly!
But is there any benefit to striving for 6 pack abs other than pure vanity?
Well yes, there are some very definite benefits to putting yourself through a dedicated regime to tone, strengthen, and exercise your abs.
First of all, if you are committed to getting yourself a perfect 6 pack, you will have to take the process seriously, which means changing your normal routine.
This involves carefully watching your diet. In order to end up with six pack abs you will need to not only watch your calories, but also cut back on fatty foods, which is no bad thing by itself.
Secondly, you're going to have to partake in some exercise - and that isn't just abdominal exercise (which would be pretty silly), but you'll need to do some form of cardio-vascular workout too, to burn that excess fat, and get your metabolism moving.
Then of course you'll need to do the abdominal workouts too to really shape up your 6 pack, and this will need to be a variety of regular exercises, which is all good for your general health and a definite health benefit.
Once you get into your six pack routine you'll be amazed at the side benefits - you'll feel more energetic, more confident, you'll lose weight, and become healthier all at the same time!
How do I Get 6 Pack Abs?As mentioned above getting a 6 pack is unfortunately not just a case of doing a few sit-ups, taking a few pills, or engaging in wishful thinking.
To achieve a washboard like stomach with a real 6 pack finish, you do need to be totally dedicated, and you need to really put in the effort and work at it!
We've included various pages within this site that split the process down into easy steps for you, with advice on diet, on excercises, a number of tips, and some well known workouts and regimes that will definitely help you to stay focussed, determined, and most importantly to stay healthy.
How Long Will it Take to Get a 6 Pack? This depends on a number of factors, not least of which is where you are starting your 6 pack journey from. If you've let yourself go a little, haven't done a jot of exercise in the last 20 years, and have an untoned stomach, then it would be unrealistic to expect to have a full on 6 pack in a fortnights time.
It's very important that your expectations are realistic. If you set out expecting to look like a bodybuilder in no time flat then you're going to feel deflated when it doesn't happen, and you don't want to lose your motivation.
Generally, the fitter and more toned you are already, the faster you'll end up with 6 pack abs.
Another factor is how strictly you stick to both your diet, and your workout plan. If you only go at it half heartedly then don't expect anything other than half the results - show 100% effort and commitment from start to finish and you'll have the 6 pack you always dreamed of much faster than you think or expect!
